🛍️ Return Policy
You can request a return under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from your order
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging
- Include invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care items (used or unsealed)
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
How to Request a Return
- Go to My Account > Orders
- Click Request Return next to the relevant item
- Our team will review and schedule a pickup (where applicable)
- Once the product is received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed
🔄 Replacement Policy
We offer free replacements if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
- Go to My Account > Orders and click Cancel Order
After Shipment
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery (see Return Policy above).
đź’¸ Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share your details securely).
