Return & Cancellation Policy

At TechSej Business, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase, our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

🛍️ Return Policy

You can request a return under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care items (used or unsealed)
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to My Account > Orders
  2. Click Request Return next to the relevant item
  3. Our team will review and schedule a pickup (where applicable)
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed

🔄 Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
  • Go to My Account > Orders and click Cancel Order

After Shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may still be eligible for a return after delivery (see Return Policy above).

đź’¸ Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share your details securely).
